The Pelco CC3770 Series Day/Night Camera ("Command Vehicle Camera") is affixed to the Sheriff s Tactical Command Vehicle and is utilized to monitor the perimeter of the Command Vehicle for security putposes in real time. A search warrant is not required for operation of the Command Vehicle Camera.
