The Office of the County Counsel ("Office") is the legal counsel for the Board of Supervisors, the County Executive, every County department and agency, and numerous County boards and commissions. The Office is comprised of attorneys, legal fellows, paralegals, and administrative staff; it has offices at 70 W. Hedding Street, East Wing, 9th Floor and at 373 W . Julian Street, 3rd Floor. Those who work in the Office create, receive, and maintain confidential information and documents as part of their daily work for the County. Much confidential information and many confidential documents are maintained on computer network servers.
For the purposes of server maintenance and security, damage protection and prevention, network security, and maintaining confidentiality of information and documents, a County-owned camera shall provide a live video stream of the Office's computer network servers to authorized Office Information Technology (IT) staff members.
